Shipping policy

Orders ship in 1-3 business days.

Business days are Monday - Friday

Reshipping fee- The customer is responsible for inputting the correct shipping address. If the customer inputs the incorrect address and the package is delivered to an incorrect address, we will reship the order for a 30% Reshipping fee. This is calculated on the total price of your order.

We are only shipping UPS until USPS delays are resolved. 

We ship using the United States Postal service. Currently, the USPS has stated on their website that they are experiencing transportation delays and under staffed sorting facilities due to Covid 19. The estimates given for first class and priority shipping by USPS at checkout are only ESTIMATES. We have listed this information above the shipping selection choices. USPS updates your tracking number as the package moves through processing facilities.

Wicked Nutrition does not have access to USPS system. We see the same information attached to your tracking number that you see. In transit, simply means that your package is still moving within the USPS network. USPS can extend your delivery date as situations arise at various sorting facilities. The date that is on your tracking number is an estimate given by USPS of when your package will arrive.

This takes only a few minutes.
